Reliable service is extremely important to your computer(s) operation(s).  The better the service and the faster the response time translates to less down time.  EXCELL's response time is usually with two to four hours or next day (dependent on when the service call is placed).

Our monthly maintenance service contract covers labor on hardware failure, repair parts and the service representative's travel time.  Also, periodic PM cleanings are performed on your equipment to help keep it running at its optimum potential.  You'll quickly find that you will come out ahead by minimizing your computer equipment's preventable failures.

After Hours Service

After hours service is available at our reasonable premium rates.  Our after hours service helps keep your equipment running its best without interfering with your businesses daily operations.
